Convenient location, close to Crown Casino and trams. Supermarket next door. Spacious unit with two bathrooms. Comfy beds. Upgrade to 3 bedrooms. Great view. Excellent coffee shop. Clean, modern apartment.

I recently stayed at a hotel in a very quiet neighbourhood here that exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, being within a few minutes walk of Southbank, but still located in a very quiet neighbourhood especially at night. The service provided by staff was top-notch, and they accommodated every single request in a timely manner. Additionally, the room amenities were great, including ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning.
I would recommend this place to others without hesitation. The staff could get trained to provide better customer service, but other than that, this hotel was perfect.

The location of this hotel is fantastic! It is not far from the tram on Collins which makes it really convenient to explore the city. It is close to transportation links, so getting around is a breeze. Plus, it is close to everything on the Southbank, so plenty of restaurants and shops to enjoy. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with modern furnishings. The staff provides immediate response to any issues and the property is secure.
The service at the checkout could be more attentive.

Confusing check-in process, dragging luggage between different offices and apartments. Difficult to find the entrance.
